# SuperMoon vs NextHold

The clearest difference is device support: SuperMoon at 3 against NextHold's 1. SuperMoon also leads on iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SuperMoon sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and NextHold sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SuperMoon ships an update every 9 days, NextHold every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
