# Nomad Pins vs Mood Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Nomad Pins at every 2 days against Mood Tracker's every 4 days. Mood Tracker's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nomad Pins sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Mood Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Nomad Pins ships an update every 2 days, Mood Tracker every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
