# Yalla Jackaroo vs BUT NOW

The clearest difference is update cadence: Yalla Jackaroo at every 3 weeks against BUT NOW's every 5 months. Yalla Jackaroo also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Yalla Jackaroo sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month and BUT NOW sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Yalla Jackaroo ships an update every 3 weeks, BUT NOW every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
