# Noteum vs Noteflow

Noteum and Noteflow both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 50% of Noteum's written reviews are positive against 25% of Noteflow's. Noteum also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.6). Noteflow's advantage is ratings volume (596 vs 49). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noteum sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Noteflow sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Noteum against 4.6 for Noteflow. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Noteflow has 596 ratings behind it against 49, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 50% of Noteum's written reviews are positive against 25% of Noteflow's.

Noteum ships an update every 5 days, Noteflow fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
