# Pelvic Floor Pro vs Better5

The clearest difference is rating: Better5 at 4.8 against Pelvic Floor Pro's 4.0. Better5 also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (69 vs 14). Pelvic Floor Pro's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (100% vs 88%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pelvic Floor Pro sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Better5 sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Better5 holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 69 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Pelvic Floor Pro's written reviews are positive against 88% of Better5's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pelvic Floor Pro ships an update weekly, Better5 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
