# Astra Trainer vs HEAL+

The clearest difference is rating: Astra Trainer at 4.8 against HEAL+'s 4.0. Astra Trainer also leads on ratings volume (2K vs 4) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). HEAL+'s advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 30) and review sentiment (100% vs 74%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Astra Trainer sells 30 in-app purchases, starting at $29.90 per month. HEAL+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

Astra Trainer holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Astra Trainer has 2K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Astra Trainer's written reviews are positive against 100% of HEAL+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Astra Trainer ships an update every 3 days, HEAL+ every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
