# Noteflow vs Cognify

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Cognify at 100% against Noteflow's 25%. Cognify also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Noteflow's advantage is ratings volume (592 vs 5) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Noteflow sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Cognify sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cognify holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Noteflow has 592 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 25% of Noteflow's written reviews are positive against 100% of Cognify's.

Noteflow ships an update fortnightly, Cognify monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
