# MindPass vs WishNote

The clearest difference is update cadence: MindPass at every 3 days against WishNote's every 2 weeks. MindPass also leads on iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MindPass sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and WishNote sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MindPass ships an update every 3 days, WishNote every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
