# Gentle Timer vs Little Planner

The clearest difference is update cadence: Gentle Timer at every 2 days against Little Planner's every 2 weeks. Gentle Timer also leads on ratings volume (378 vs 11). Little Planner's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gentle Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Little Planner sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gentle Timer ships an update every 2 days, Little Planner every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
