# SmartMe vs BJM+

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BJM+ at none against SmartMe's 15. BJM+ also leads on ads (none vs shown). SmartMe's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 weeks) and ratings volume (3.6K vs 2). On price, rating, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SmartMe sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. BJM+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

BJM+ holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SmartMe has 3.6K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
