# Unlock vs Crack the Code

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Crack the Code at none against Unlock's 1. Unlock's advantage is update cadence (daily vs weekly). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Unlock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Crack the Code asks for nothing beyond the download.

Unlock ships an update daily, Crack the Code weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
