# DayMap vs Flipnotes

The clearest difference is update cadence: DayMap at every 2 days against Flipnotes's weekly. DayMap also leads on device support (4 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DayMap sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $34.99 per year and Flipnotes sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DayMap ships an update every 2 days, Flipnotes weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
