# Stretch Go vs Stretch All

The clearest difference is update cadence: Stretch Go at every 10 days against Stretch All's every 4 months. Stretch Go also leads on iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stretch Go sells 16 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Stretch All sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stretch Go ships an update every 10 days, Stretch All every 4 months. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
