# KinectedCare vs BFirst

The clearest difference is update cadence: BFirst at every 2 days against KinectedCare's every 3 weeks. BFirst also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KinectedCare sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and BFirst sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

KinectedCare ships an update every 3 weeks, BFirst every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
