# Note vs AI Note Taker

The clearest difference is update cadence: AI Note Taker at every 9 days against Note's every 3 weeks. Note's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Note sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and AI Note Taker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
