# Explorely vs Diomap

The clearest difference is monetization model: Explorely at free against Diomap's free with in-app purchases. Explorely also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). Diomap's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Explorely ships an update fortnightly, Diomap every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
