# Aura vs EVOLVE

The clearest difference is monetization model: Aura at free with in-app purchases against EVOLVE's subscription. Aura also leads on ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (37% vs 17%). EVOLVE's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Aura sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and EVOLVE sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Aura against 4.7 for EVOLVE. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3.2K and 1K respectively. Written reviews are what separate them: 37% of Aura's written reviews are positive against 17% of EVOLVE's.

Aura ships an update every 3 weeks, EVOLVE every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
