# tic vs Dark Squares

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: tic at 13.0 against Dark Squares's 15.0. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. tic sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Dark Squares sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
