# SubsPad vs Subs

The clearest difference is update cadence: Subs at every 2 weeks against SubsPad's every 3 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SubsPad sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Subs sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SubsPad ships an update every 3 months, Subs every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
