# BodyGenesis vs BHF.

The clearest difference is ads: BHF. at none against BodyGenesis's shown. BodyGenesis's advantage is update cadence (daily vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BodyGenesis ships an update daily, BHF. every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
