# Split vs Hoola PRO

The clearest difference is ads: Split at none against Hoola PRO's shown. Hoola PRO's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Split sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Hoola PRO sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Split ships an update every 3 months, Hoola PRO every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
