# Thrive with Harriet vs MindTrace

The clearest difference is update cadence: MindTrace at every 2 weeks against Thrive with Harriet's every 3 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Thrive with Harriet sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $125.99 per month and MindTrace sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Thrive with Harriet ships an update every 3 months, MindTrace every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
