# CodeCrafters Pro vs Cortex

The clearest difference is device support: CodeCrafters Pro at 3 against Cortex's 1. CodeCrafters Pro also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CodeCrafters Pro sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Cortex sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CodeCrafters Pro ships an update every 2 weeks, Cortex every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
