# Language Learning vs QuackPath

The clearest difference is monetization model: QuackPath at freemium against Language Learning's subscription. QuackPath also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Language Learning's advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 3) and chart position (#59 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Language Learning sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and QuackPath sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

QuackPath holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Language Learning has 16K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Language Learning ships an update weekly, QuackPath every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
