# SmileAI vs FitFlow

The clearest difference is update cadence: FitFlow at every 3 months against SmileAI's every 7 months. SmileAI's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SmileAI sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and FitFlow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SmileAI ships an update every 7 months, FitFlow every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
