# Evolve Workout Tracker vs Repmax

The clearest difference is monetization model: Repmax at free against Evolve Workout Tracker's freemium. Repmax also leads on ratings volume (4 vs 1). Evolve Workout Tracker's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and update cadence (every 7 months vs every 21 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Evolve Workout Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Repmax sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
