# Fanfics vs TradComics

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TradComics at none against Fanfics's 3. TradComics also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and device support (3 vs 1). Fanfics's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (81 vs 1). On price, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fanfics sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. TradComics asks for nothing beyond the download.
