# PDD QR vs Lamby

The clearest difference is rating: PDD QR at 5.0 against Lamby's 4.2. Lamby's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PDD QR sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month and Lamby sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

PDD QR holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lamby has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PDD QR ships an update monthly, Lamby every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
