# MindMax vs RealEstatePrep

The clearest difference is update cadence: MindMax at weekly against RealEstatePrep's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MindMax sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $10.00 per month and RealEstatePrep sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MindMax ships an update weekly, RealEstatePrep every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
