# Notes Hive vs AvoDo

The clearest difference is ads: AvoDo at none against Notes Hive's shown. AvoDo also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). Notes Hive's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notes Hive sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and AvoDo sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
