# Times vs HourLog

The clearest difference is update cadence: Times at every 2 months against HourLog's every 6 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Times sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and HourLog sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Times ships an update every 2 months, HourLog every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
