# ACT Genius vs TutorPro

The clearest difference is update cadence: TutorPro at monthly against ACT Genius's every 2 months. TutorPro also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ACT Genius sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and TutorPro sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ACT Genius ships an update every 2 months, TutorPro monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
