# Flip Clock vs Scripty

The clearest difference is update cadence: Flip Clock at every 8 days against Scripty's every 3 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flip Clock sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Scripty sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flip Clock ships an update every 8 days, Scripty every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
