# WODwell vs DampDays

The clearest difference is update cadence: DampDays at every 9 days against WODwell's every 3 weeks. WODwell's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WODwell sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $39.00 per month and DampDays sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

WODwell ships an update every 3 weeks, DampDays every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
