# binafit vs SquatQuest

The clearest difference is ads: binafit at none against SquatQuest's shown. binafit also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). SquatQuest's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. binafit sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and SquatQuest sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

binafit ships an update every 3 weeks, SquatQuest every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
