# Swing Coach vs SideVision

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Swing Coach at 3.4K against SideVision's 2. Swing Coach also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and chart position (#43 vs unranked). SideVision's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 91%). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Swing Coach sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per month and SideVision sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Swing Coach against 5.0 for SideVision. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Swing Coach has 3.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 91% of Swing Coach's written reviews are positive against 100% of SideVision's.

Swing Coach ships an update every 3 weeks, SideVision every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
