# Wellnotes vs Clevr AI

The clearest difference is ads: Clevr AI at none against Wellnotes's shown. Clevr AI also leads on rating (4.1 vs 3.9). Wellnotes's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 5 days). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wellnotes sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and Clevr AI sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Clevr AI holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 28 and 69 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of Wellnotes's written reviews are positive against 86% of Clevr AI's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wellnotes ships an update every 2 days, Clevr AI every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
