# Draw Block Gladiator vs Slap Beat

The clearest difference is rating: Draw Block Gladiator at 4.6 against Slap Beat's 4.3. Draw Block Gladiator also leads on ratings volume (5.3K vs 151) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Slap Beat's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Draw Block Gladiator holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Draw Block Gladiator has 5.3K ratings behind it against 151, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 77% of Draw Block Gladiator's written reviews are positive against 84% of Slap Beat's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Draw Block Gladiator ships an update every 3 months, Slap Beat every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
