# ISSEN vs Kapoo

The clearest difference is ratings volume: ISSEN at 3.2K against Kapoo's 1. Kapoo's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ISSEN sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $29.00 per month and Kapoo sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kapoo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ISSEN has 3.2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ISSEN ships an update every 5 days, Kapoo every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
