# Varn vs Lazidi

The clearest difference is update cadence: Varn at every 9 days against Lazidi's every 3 weeks. Varn also leads on iOS requirement (16.6 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Varn sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Lazidi sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Varn ships an update every 9 days, Lazidi every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
