# Kodree vs Otum

The clearest difference is update cadence: Kodree at daily against Otum's every 5 days. Kodree also leads on iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kodree sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Otum sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kodree ships an update daily, Otum every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
