# Фикбук vs Readling

The clearest difference is rating: Readling at 3.0 against Фикбук's 2.1. Readling also leads on ads (none vs shown). Фикбук's advantage is ratings volume (399 vs 2) and review sentiment (14% vs 0%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Фикбук sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Readling sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Readling holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Фикбук has 399 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of Фикбук's written reviews are positive against 0% of Readling's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Фикбук ships an update every 8 days, Readling weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
