# Tritanium vs The Comp Desk

The clearest difference is update cadence: The Comp Desk at every 4 days against Tritanium's every 10 days. The Comp Desk also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Tritanium's advantage is ratings volume (30 vs 6). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tritanium sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and The Comp Desk sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $99.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Tritanium against 5.0 for The Comp Desk. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tritanium has 30 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 96% of Tritanium's written reviews are positive against 100% of The Comp Desk's.

Tritanium ships an update every 10 days, The Comp Desk every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
