# MyCozyApp vs Purl

The clearest difference is update cadence: Purl at every 2 days against MyCozyApp's fortnightly. MyCozyApp's advantage is iOS requirement (14 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MyCozyApp sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Purl sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MyCozyApp ships an update fortnightly, Purl every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 12, 2026.
