# MindSync vs Weight Lists

The clearest difference is update cadence: MindSync at every 9 days against Weight Lists's every 6 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MindSync sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month and Weight Lists sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MindSync ships an update every 9 days, Weight Lists every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
