# Ney Sim vs Simple Accordion

The clearest difference is rating: Ney Sim at 5.0 against Simple Accordion's 3.5. Simple Accordion's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (12 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ney Sim sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Simple Accordion sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Ney Sim holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Simple Accordion has 12 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Ney Sim ships an update every 3 months, Simple Accordion every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
