# Minqik vs Hackfy

The clearest difference is monetization model: Minqik at free with in-app purchases against Hackfy's subscription. Minqik also leads on ratings volume (3 vs 1). Hackfy's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Minqik sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.19 per month and Hackfy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Minqik against 5.0 for Hackfy. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 1 respectively.

Minqik ships an update fortnightly, Hackfy every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on September 24, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
