# Fictional vs Fable's Adventures

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fable's Adventures at every 4 days against Fictional's every 2 weeks. Fictional's advantage is ratings volume (191 vs 27) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 18.2). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fictional sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Fable's Adventures sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
