# Fictional vs Loreia

The clearest difference is rating: Fictional at 4.4 against Loreia's 3.8. Fictional also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 9 months). Loreia's advantage is chart position (#182 vs unranked) and review sentiment (59% vs 50%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fictional sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Loreia sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fictional holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 184 and 37 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Fictional's written reviews are positive against 59% of Loreia's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Fictional ships an update every 2 weeks, Loreia every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
