# GTSTARGPS vs AES+

The clearest difference is update cadence: AES+ at every 2 weeks against GTSTARGPS's every 2 months. GTSTARGPS's advantage is iOS requirement (12 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GTSTARGPS ships an update every 2 months, AES+ every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
